Notes: Home is equipped with two washers a separate hand-washing-tub and clotheslines, or choose our two free electric dryers. On-site parking room for 13 cars or up to four buses, right on the property. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Large enough to turn-about. Both of our TWO full kitchens are fully outfitted with all conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. and so on. If you need something else, we'll try to get it for you without delay. There are several excellent caterers locally we recommend. 'Our' beach is practically 'private' for miles and miles: it's a State Reserve, free to you and your guests! This is untouched natural splendor seldom found anywhere. The wide, sandy beach stretches in both directions for eight miles. Handicapped Accessible: The only limitation is the 'step-in' shower (first level). We keep a portable ramp between one washing machine and the washing tub. Toilet is raised seat with support wall bar. First floor only applies.

The incredibly clean beaches are wide, expansive and perfect for long strolls, indeed, several-mile hikes. 'Artsy' Yachats and charming Waldport are five to ten minutes away, and Newport less than 25 minutes up the coast. Superb dining at numerous restaurants, and several supermarkets, are even closer! Music, dancing and Karaoke - everything is close, close, close! Yet the seclusion of Inn-on-the-Beach makes one feel far, far, far away from the hectic stresses of our daily lives. It's the best of all worlds. Golf is one mile from home!
