This beautifully renovated and refurbished classic Cape style house is located on a private lot, within a few steps of the historic village center of Brewster. Walk to the General Store for coffee, donuts, newspaper, and ice cream. Restaurants and other quaint shops are also within walking distance. A Cape Cod Bay beach is a scenic ten-minute walk or there is a parking lot if you prefer to drive. The year round-house is completely and tastefully furnished for a perfect Cape Cod vacation -- summer or off-season. Bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath. Downstairs there is a large living room/dining room area with fireplace, a den with cable TV and hi-speed Internet access, a fully-equipped large kitchen with new appliances, and another full bathroom. Activities available nearby include golfing, fishing, biking, and sailing.
