Very nice, 2006 newly created 3.5 room duplex holiday apartment for 4 - 5 people in independent old house part.

The house is situated within the historic village center of Guasti di Vernate. Quiet location, private-use sports field in front of the house, no traffic.

The apartment is accessed via a short flight of stairs outside. First, you enter the large living room with fireplace, a sofa and a modern kitchen with a large dining table, guest toilet

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the gallery is located on a sofa bed and a TV. Two lockable bedrooms with double beds, large closets. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.

Shared use of a small pool in our neighboring property (distance 150 m).

Car: recommended

The house is set in the old village center, quiet and traffic-free. Above with views of Lake Lugano Agno. Lugano reached by many cultural offerings in 15 minutes, Ponte Tresa. Market with its Italian flair and in 10 minutes Milano can be reached in 90 minutes by car.
