Park City is known for its winter season but provides amazing Spring and Summer experiences for all. Visit the quaint shops or grab dinner at great restaurants on main street at after playing numerous ways in the mountains (hiking, mountain biking, trail running, zip lining, alpine sliding, etc.). With many holiday celebrations (i.e. 4th of July Parade) and weekly events (free concerts @ Deer Valley every Wednesday, free concerts every Thursday @ Newpark Town Center) you will be hard pressed to have an uneventful visit to Park City.

Step into your own Park City home that maximizes your experience. This 2 bedroom home brings nothing but options and ease. The free bus route quickly delivers you to main street, night life, dining, shopping, museums, and all the Park City ski areas. Walking distance to Prospector Conference Center, gym/spa, coffee shop, breakfast and dining (Mexican, Italian, Indian and American food).

Remodeled this year, the house has natural light in all bedrooms, living room / kitchen / dining areas. It also includes a full kitchen, fire-side dining table and reading nook. After a 'tough day' spent enjoying the classic Utah powder, come home to the fire burning, enjoy a warm dinner, glass of wine, cozy up with your book or turn on a DVD. Located in the last true local community in Park City. Get your real Park City experience in our winter wonderland.

About The Owner

We are a husband and wife, Park City and Vermont natives, who have happily settled in Park City! We LOVE sharing such an amazing place with new visitors. Winter, summer, spring and fall, we always try to add personalized suggestions and experiences to our visitors' stay.

What makes this house unique

The most wonderful thing we consistently here is people feel like they have their own cozy home. People love coming back to it after a day of skiing and greatly appreciate being able to mountain bike or hike right from the house! The sleeping arrangements are very versatile, being group, family and couple friendly.

Cozy Home, Great Location!

I first stayed at this property in March 2010. When I returned to Park City this winter I knew exactly where I wanted to stay again. This place is fabulous. It's very cozy, spacious, has very comfy furniture and a great fire place. You have a private driveway, but if you don't have a car the house is just a quick walk to the bus stop that takes you to all the ski resorts. The owners are really friendly and attentive. I hope to stay again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
