Description of the Chatham vacation house rental
This spotlessly clean, recently furnished, year-round house is conveniently located on the access road to Hardings Beach, one of Chatham's best ocean beaches. You can bike, walk or drive to the beach about 6/10 mile from the house. It is also an easy walk to restaurants and stores. The location is completely private, bounded on two sides by beautiful tidal marshland and on the third side by a secluded estate. There is a private house across the street. The house has everything you'll need for a great vacation including complete furnishings, large rooms, an enclosed porch and an open deck. It is close to shopping and recreational activities, in a central Cape Cod location for day trips. The house is cooled by ocean breezes and bedroom air-conditioning, and is child-friendly. Amenities include a cable TV/DVD and hi-speed internet. For off-season enjoyment there is 2-zone central heating as well as a cozy fireplace in the living room.
