This being our first visit to Maui & both being independant travellers/surfers/windsurfers, when looking for accomadatiion we needed a place that was close to the north shore & allowed us to come and go as we pleased. Not only this we also need somewhere quiet & relaxing after long days on Maui's awasome beaches & seeing some of its stunnig countryside. The Cottage provided this and more. Surrounded by stunnig tropical garden plants that fill the air with a fragrance better than any perfume you'll ever buy,in a location that overlooks woodland, pineapple fields & Hookipa bay in the diatance,a breathtaking view as you sip coffee or juice in the morning, one you just have to see!!.The inside of the cottage wont disapoint either, buit in a traditional style with stunning wood floors & high vaulted ceilings, beautiful furniture & just about everything you have in your house Hank & Barbra have provided in the Cottage for your vacation, they realy have thought of everything.
We were lucky enough to spend our time not just windsurfing & surfing but travelled the length & bredth of Maui discovering the island for ourselves places no tour would ever take you & also checked out a few of the so called exclusive places, hotels & acomadatoin on the south of the island (the ones you'll see in the brochure's) The Hookipa Bay View beats them all, here you'll have it all to yourself. Just spend a week or two & check this place out you'll be hooked for life. We'll be back for sure & it takes a day or more for us to travel there from the UK.
Best Wishes Hank & Barbera
Many thanks once again
