Just one block from the beach and a public access, Seaduced-N-Sea is a charming second story unit that sits right on the water in beautiful Carolina Beach. Sitting on Canal Drive, you are in the middle of everything. Seaduced-N-Sea is located on the north end of the island.This means you are right on the canal, which is 1/4 mile from the waterway, and a very short walk to the ocean. Bed and bath linens are provided for you. If you have a boat and would like it to be just outside your door, or simply want a nice place on the water for you and your family to vacation and relax, this is the place for you!

For an additional fee, you can dock your boat and park your trailer on the property.

Fisherman's Paradise: You can dock your boat here and keep the trailer on the property. There is a cleaning table on the dock. Located approximately 1/2 mile from the Intercoastal Waterway and ocean. A fee may apply for using the dock, depending on the size of your boat.

Great for kids and pets: The shared back yard is fenced and gated. A great place for friendly pets and kids. The kids can fish right off the dock. Who knows what they may catch! Seaduced-N-Sea is one block to the beach. A very easy walk.

Location, Location, Location!: Seaduced-N-Sea is located on beautiful Pleasure Island. Staying here, you are about 1 mile to the north end where you can take your 4wd vehicle on the beach. The boardwalk is about 6 short blocks away. In the summer, there are fireworks and live music on Thursday evenings. Don't forget the donuts!! Britt's Donuts are truly the best I've ever tasted. At Christmas time, we have a Holiday Flotilla. You can sit on the dock, sip on a cup of hot chocolate (or good warm spirits) and watch the decorated boats go by. There is a 'party boat' that passes by pretty much every night. Fun to see all the folks having a good time. This home is right in the middle of everything!

Located on the island is one of the NC Aquariums, a state park, the Fort Fisher Ferry that goes to Southport, restaurants, surfing, charter fishing, pier fishing, Fort Fisher Museum. Approximately 20 miles from Carolina Beach is Historic Downtown Wilmington that has restaurants, shopping, museums and the NC Battleship tours.

Notes: This truly is a fisherman's paradise! You can bring your boat, use the ramp, and dock it right in the back yard! {fees may apply} Approximately 1/4 mile from the intercoastal and ocean, you can be out and enjoying the water in no time! Maybe Captain Dennis will share a few secret fishing spots. On the dock is a large, covered sitting area. There is a table and chairs for dining or doing one of the jigsaw puzzels and also an area to simply sit around and talk about the fun day you had.

This house is wonderful! Right on the canal, 200 yards from the beach and a nice walk to the boardwalk. Great for families and pet friendly. Most importantly its immaculate. The kitchen is nice and large and stocked with all the essentials. Bedrooms are large and the beds are really comfortable. My son caught fish off the boat dock. My family and I plan on reserving this house again for many years to come!

Great Place!

This was the perfect rental for my wedding week! We arrived to find a very colorful and more importantly clean house! The bedrooms were large and the master bed could not have been any more comfortable with it being a sleep by numbers. The rental manager made it known right away he was there if any problems came up. The view on the back deck is amazing! I loved eating breakfast outside every morning looking at all the boats. There was plenty room for parking. Walking to the beach and nearby restaurants was easy as well! No complaints with Sea-duced!

Seaduced-N-Sea wonderful get away

We have stayed at this property a few times. It is clean, quiet and a short walk to the beach and a 7 block walk to downtown and Brit's Donuts! The property manager was very helpful and the boaters-in-residence at the dock were very kind and friendly with great information. It's very relaxing to watch the boats on the Canal from the dock which has a covered area and seating, and if you have a Kayak, it's a great place to putter around. We felt very safe and the dog enjoyed the Canal and fenced backyard. We took him for a walk on the beach each evening at the north end of CB (a short drive to free parking lot after 7PM) where 4WD cars and camping are allowed. It's a 30 minute drive to Ft. Fisher, the aquarium, or downtown Wilmington. We enjoyed the horse-drawn carriage tour of Wilmington...a very historic place with beautiful antebellum houses. It's a great home away from home!

BEST PLACE AT THE BEACH

Best Vacation ever...This wonderful home is private enough and yet still in walking distance to the beach, several restaurants, and the boardwalk. It was awesome to have the boat just outside at the dock ready to go. The house was very cozy and had a well stocked kitchen. We spent most of our time on the dock. Such beautiful scenery round the clock. The folks there are super nice. It was like a home away from home...except all the fun at the beach!

Perfect Vacation!!

We had a wondeful time in this beautiful home. The decor was wonderful. The kitchen well stocked. I loved not having to haul my own linens on vacation. The kids spent more time on the dock than anywhere. We purchased a fishing pole and nets and they had a blast. We could walk to the arcarde, rides and restaurants. The canal view was great. I loved watching the boats come by. The kids said forget Myrtle Beach - they want to come back to CB!
Robert was a great host. We really enjoyed talking with Captain Dennis and Johnny- they were great with teaching the kids to crab! Thanks for a great vacation!!!
