You will be spoiled when you treat yourself to a stay at our wonderful vacation home. Our home for 11 years has all the decor and furnishings that we so lovingly set in place when we occupied it. We have been offering it proudly to guests from around the world and across the country since 1998! When you enter there is a garden window that looks out on to the front garden. Two steps down and you are in the living room with sky lights in the vaulted ceiling and a cozy stone fireplace. French doors open on to the covered patio that has a large table with 8 chairs for outdoor dining. The kitchen has oak cabinets and a great view down the street. Also on this side of the house is the laundry room, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a full size bed making this section of the house very private. On the other side of the house is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, TV with DVD player, built in cabinets and full size mirrored wardrobe doors.

The home has Thomas guide books for LA and Orange Counties, large reading library, and telephones with free local calling. We are located on a quiet and safe cul de sac in a single family home neighborhood just minutes from Disneyland; you can hear the fireworks at night! The Anaheim Convention Center, Downtown Disney, California Adventure, The Crystal Cathedral, Angel Stadium and Movie theaters are just minutes away. Fifteen minutes to Knott's Berry Farm, Medieval Times, Movieland Wax Museum, Wild Bills, Los Alamitos Race Track, South Coast Plaza Shopping Mall and Huntington Beach (Surf City). Universal Studios, Hollywood, LAX airport and Beverly Hills are only 45 minutes away. Sea World, San Diego, Wild Animal Park and Legoland are a 90 minute drive. The Mountains (Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead) or the Desert (Palm Springs, Mojave) are only a few hours drive. We have major supermarkets, movie theaters and restaurants minutes from the house.

There is the front bedroom with two full sized beds and mirrored wardrobe doors. Separating these two bedrooms is a fully tiled bathroom with a tub and shower. The living room has a queen size convertible sofa, TV, VCR and stereo system with CD changer. The barbecue area is conveniently located off the kitchen. The back yard is very private and features award winning landscaping. Each guest has a set of towels at the foot of their bed. There are two foam foldout mats for small children who want to sleep in the same room as Mom and Dad. All guests are welcome to use the beautiful pool area located next door in our back yard.

We stayed here for 1 week with family during last month. We had a great time and the experience was good. The house was clean and preparations made by the landlord (questions and answer sheet regarding grocery stores and things commonly asked) were very much appreciated. The house is a little older, however it has a lot of charm and character.

Overall, we really enjoyed the place and had a great time. We would recommend this place to anyone needing a quiet, friendly, big and hassle free rental place while visiting Orange County.

This rental property was ideal for our requirements, we unfortunately didn't spend much time in there to appreciate it. We mainly stayed there for Disney and it was only a short 10 minutes car ride away. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you could want. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. The owners next door made us feel welcome and were at hand for advice and directions. they supplied extra towels and toys for the children to take to the beach. Also available were cool-bags if you wanted them.
. All in all an exhausting but enjoyable vacation and I would definitely stay at Garden Grove again, thank-you Jon and Judy.

We stayed here with our family (we are Aussies) in October 2007 for 6 nights whilst visiting Disneyland. The house was all decked out for Halloween, which our kids just loved. It is a very pleasant and clean house. The owners were great and even offered the house for our use on the check out day as we had a late flight. It is not luxurious but very nice for a family and great value. It would cost you the same to stay in a hotel. The neighbourhood was quite and nice as well. We highly recommend it for a family.
