This beautiful, third-floor, beachfront condo is one of the most perfect locations for a family vacation you'll ever find. Situated in the family-oriented and very popular Reef Club complex, ours is a 1,300 sq.ft. corner unit located over the beach and the pool. There are only 5 units in the Reef Club that are situated right over the beach, and this is one of them. It has absolutely wonderful views, both directly out over the sea-oats to the Gulf and also, from the balcony, you have the most gorgeous view up the sweep of the sugar-sand beach.
We constantly maintain the condo to to keep it looking great. It has absolutely everything, right down to the fully equipped kitchen. There's a washer and dryer, linens, and towels. It has a crib/playpen. The kitchen and hall-way are tiled and there is tasteful wall mirroring in the living areas.
There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own TV, and its own access to the balcony (you'll be lulled to sleep by the waves breaking on the beach). The other bedrooms have two single beds each and one of them also has a TV. For extra sleeping capacity, there's a sofa bed in the living room. Along with the panoramic views, the living room has lots of seating and the dining room table sits 8. The living room also has TV and a VCR / DVD player.
There is basic cable feed to all the TV's, and access to a public Wi-Fi connection. For your convenience, there's a small grocery store right across the street, so you don't actually have to drive at all if you don't want to.
To complete this vacation in heaven, we have a tennis court on-site, no reservations required. We also have assigned, covered parking right next to the elevator, great for our less mobile guests. The Reef Club complex has 55 units, and is located at 1000 Gulf Blvd, Indian Rocks Beach. Both the large pool and the jacuzzi are heated year-round. In addition to the on-site tennis, there are literally dozens of golf courses nearby. There's also lots of stuff to do with the kids. It's just a pleasant ten-minute drive up the beach to all the activity, shops, and attractions of Clearwater Beach. To name but a few of the things to do there; there's the Clearwater marine Aquarium, home of Winter the dolpin, star of the move 'Dolphin Tale', or you can take a dolphin spotting cruise, or go fishing for dinner (they'll clean what you catch for you).
Or you can rent a boat and explore for yourself our many local beaches and tropical islands that are only accessible from the water.
The local restaurants are also excellent, both in choice and variety of cuisine. We have some terrific recommendations, just ask.
Orlando and Disneyland are just a couple of hours away. We also have an excellent theme park and a water park right here in Tampa; Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, respectively. Tampa International airport is 30 minutes away.
We the owners regard you as our guests. We live in Clearwater Beach so we're close by and have lots of local knowledge you can draw on. We have a real concern to make your stay with us absolutely perfect, so you can call us at any time if you have any problems or questions. Also, along with all this personal attention, you get a significant discount from the realtor’s rates when you reserve your week(s) through us!
Rental year round is by the week (most condos in the area have a monthly minimum), Saturday to Saturday. A deposit of 25% is normally required, unless the booking is within 30 days of arrival, in which case 100% is required at the time of reservation. Major credit cards are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Inquire about bringing a (single) pet, please. If a pet is permissable, there is a reasonable additional charge (10% of base rate up to $100 max). Also please note that pets are not allowed on the beach, by city ordinance, and that the condo association does not allow them in the pool or BBQ areas.
