Classic Savannah Row home on the ground floor, two bedroom and two bath garden condominium, located on St. Julian, just off the much desired Washington Square portion of the historic district. This spacious 1900 square foot home is tastefully appointed and located just three blocks from River Street and Factors Walk. You can walk to the City Market and Pirates' House. Mature adults only, who will be considerate of our neighbors.

Wonderful Unit - Excellent Location

I booked a 2 night stay in this great condo for an annual "girl friends' getaway" and we loved it. Not only is it spacious and beautifully decorated, homey and warm, clean and comfortable, it is also on the route of all of the tour buses due to its historic location! It is an easy walk to a great, restored shopping and restaurant street, Broughton, and that gets you to the heart of the City Market pedestrian area with great shops and restaurants as well as a place to buy tour tickets and board the trolleys. From the condo, you can get to Factors' Walk and River Street in 5 minutes. It is a perfect location and, with the parking space behind the condo, we were comfortable parking our car and leaving it while we wandered all around. I will definitely book this condo again when I have a chance to go to Savannah. The owner and the local person were all very gracious and helpful. This was an altogether positive and happy experience. You can rely on the description and enjoy every amenity promised.

Wonderful house. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for walking anywhere in historic district of Savannah.
