Perfect location for enjoying the world class beaches of Naples. Beautiful and fully furnished condo located 5 miles from beaches & downtown 5th Ave. shopping & restaurants. Located in Lely Golf & Country Club on Augusta Blvd., this 1300 sq. ft. condo is in the St Regis Club with pool & tennis court. 3 bedrooms include a master bedroom with queen size bed & walk in closet. Master bath has separate sink and large shower area. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds & third bedroom has a sofa bed; and another full bath. The living and dining rooms have cathedral ceilings. The fully equipped eat in kitchen has new appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. There are four TVs with cable and wireless Internet, and 5 ceiling fans. There is a large storage and laundry room with two sets of golf clubs, fishing poles, tennis rackets, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. Relax in the screened in lanai over looking the Royal Palm Golf course and lake. Numerous public golf courses are nearby.
