We greatly enjoyed our March 2014 month long stay as we waited our house to be ready for close. This condo has really does have all you need and is in walking distance of almost all the Chicago Attractions- Navy Pier, the Bean and Millenium Park, Lincoln Park, Grant Park, Lakefront Trail, Magnificent Mile shopping, Museums, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the location for the St. Patrick's Day festivities-just steps to the river dying celebration and the parade. JP (the owner) was extremely helpful and responsive to any and all questions/concerns that we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this condo! No matter how long your stay- a night, weekend, week, month- you will enjoy it!
Very clean property, well appointed and friendly/accommodating property manager! This was a last second rental and it all worked out seamlessly. Would highly recommend to anyone staying downtown. Fantastic neighborhood, right on the river, a few blocks from the lake. Thank you!!
The unit was clean and well located. Everything went smooth from reservation to leaving. Service was excellent and quick. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Many thanks.
The listing was EVERYTHING it advertised and more! The view was amazing and the accommodations were wonderful. From the balcony you could see the Navy Pier and watch the fireworks. We have recommended this property to our friends and family and when we head back to Chicago, we'll be sure to look up JP and stay here again. He was so helpful. Before we arrived he sent airport shuttle information, shopping areas and attractions close to the condo. It took some of the guess work out of our trip. We had a grocery store and restaurants like III Forks just across the small community park from the condo. Not to mention Chicago pizza just a few minute walk away. When in doubt, the doormen were very helpful and friendly. The wine, coffee and nuts were a very nice treat. JP was just a phone call or text away. Thanks JP for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.
A clean, inviting and convenient apartment with family activities in the park. I looked forward to walking through the park each morning to pick up delicious treats at Mariano's. We visited all the main attractions by foot or by cab. We will be back and can't imagine a better location when visiting Chicago.
We were there for a short family vacation and it was ideal for that.
It's a great apartment, with an amazing location. Short walk to main attractions and not far from metro and bus stops. There are also a couple of restaurants and a supermarket a block away.
The condo is clean and cozy, with everything you'd need for a short vacation stay. The available amenities are great too.
I never met the owner, we arranged everything via email which worked out perfectly.
I thoroughly recommend it.
Where rail yards, and a 9 hole Pete Dye golf course once lay, a new high-rise community has sprouted and it quickly has become a model of 21st-century urban life. At the center of it all is the large and well-outfitted Park at Lakeshore East. The expansive green space gives residences an oasis from the hustle and bustle of city living. The Lakeshore East development area has won numerous national and international awards for its unique and effective master plan. It is the only neighborhood in the city that can boast proximity to Navy Pier, Lake Michigan, Millennium Park and central business district.
Other Activities: Walking distance to Navy Pier and Millennium Park, Shopping and Sightseeing
