Great new vacation rental on the Southridge of Flamingo with spectacular panoramic ocean views! This villa is located just above Flamingo Beach known for its beautiful white sands and designated as a 'blue flag' ecological beach. Luxurious natural surroundings are outside your window and within walking distance from your door. Spend time relaxing and respecting this natural paradise, an ideal setting that makes for the perfect portal of tranquility for people on honeymoons or family fun.

This brand new villa has three large bedrooms (each with its own ocean view, private bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fans). The villa can accommodate 6-8 people. The master suite has a king bed, while the other two suites have queen beds. Two bedrooms are on the second floor with balconies, while the third bedroom walks out to the main patio/pool area on the main floor.

Things To Do: There are lots of options. Conditions are ideal for boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, snorkeling and beach combing - or hiking, biking, 4-wheeling, birding and exploring - or, if you prefer, shopping, or simply reading and relaxing. the ocean beaches, protected by an extensive offshore reef, are among the finest anywhere. It is a world of sparkling blue water, with privacy and tranquility, a place people return to year after year for relaxation and renewal. Playa Flamingo is prized by all the Travel Guides, with good paved roads now all the way to Liberia and San Jose. You can reach many of the best national parks in Costa Rica within a 2-3 hour drive. The average annual temperature hovers around 82 F or 28 C.

Flamingo is located about 1 hour from the Liberia International Airport, or 20 minutes from the Tamarindo regional airport. The roads were all recently redone and are safe for driving! Flamingo is in the Guanacaste region on the northwest Pacific Coast and is a popular area for tourist and also US/Canadian residents.

Amazingly beautiful and relaxing

My husband, I and our 14 year old spent our vacation here. We have never been to Costa Rica previously. A friend referred us to Special Places of Guanacaste and we will forever be very grateful he did! Sharon took wonderful care of us, making sure we had everything we needed or wanted. She was always there to assist us with any questions or help we needed. What a wonderful person, she went out of her way to make us comfortable in our travel adventure. She can set up any tours you may want to take. The house is just gorgeous and extremely clean. Edgar the caretaker was always available for assistance and gave outstanding service. It was very comforting knowing he was there when you needed him, but gave us plenty of privacy at the same time. What a nice trustworthy man. They are lucky to have him. We felt completely safe during our stay. The howler monkeys outside the door were just amazing to watch daily. We sat in awe of them every morning. The mealy parrots would make their rounds as well. Hummingbirds were everywhere. This is a very private, relaxing, luxury home. The grounds were kept immaculate and the pool is such a gem to have for private swims. From this house is what I would call a million dollar view. You can hear the waves crashing all day and at night from the bedroom! Sunsets are perfectly viewed with out any obstructions. Casa Flamingo is a perfect retreat for whatever you desire. We will be making this our number one vacation spot for the rest of our lives! We can not wait to return!! A huge thank you to Sharon, Edgar and the owner of this home for sharing it with us! See you again soon!

Casa Flamingo is Awesome!

Casa Flamingo is a fantastic home in Playa Flamingo with breathtaking ocean views and luxury amenities. The house is located on a cliff overlooking Playa Flamingo and located in a very peaceful, quite and safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time relaxing by the pool or enjoying some peace and quite time with friends and family.

We would like to thank the owners of Casa Flamingo for letting us enjoy their fabulous home while on our Christmas vacation!
