A beautiful view of Havenwelten, Weser and North Sea

Of the existing two elevators you can easily reach the apartment, the car park and the shopping district, and WorkOut-room, swimming pool and sauna that you are welcome to the embattled times, at leisure.

The approximately 61m ² apartment offers great comfort in living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower facilities.

This is a very generous cut, furnished balcony belongs (14m ²) with electric awning.

From here you have. Wonderful views of the Harbor Worlds and on the Weser, which you bestowed especially at sunset incomparable impressions

The apartment is a Non smoking apartment (smoking is permitted on the balcony.)

It was completely renovated in April 2011 and largely refurnished. The kitchen was renewed in mid-February 2012.

The occupancy of the apartment is ideal for two people, but also four people comfortably shelter.
Nearest Beach : beach at 500 Metres
Car: not necessary

The 'Havenwelten' house with air, the German Emigration Center, German Maritime Museum, Mediterraneo and the Sea Zoo are all both just a 5-minute walk.
