This vacation property is resort-style living at its best. This is a new home with new furnishings including leather recliner and sofa with 2 recliners, and a very large, fully furnished kitchen. Drink your morning coffee from the private, lanai covered patio overlooking the 15th fairway of the Johnson Ranch Golf Course and a beautiful view of the San Tan mountains. Make lemonade from the lemons on your personal lemon tree and doze off to sounds of your backyard waterfall. Newly furnished in southwestern style, with a big screen TV. The home is located in Solera at Johnson Ranch, a Del Webb active adult 55+ gated community offering resort-style living in a beautiful desert setting (owner is also a Solera resident and easily accessible). The views of the San Tan and the Superstition Mountains are spectacular! Solera surrounds the par 72 Johnson Ranch Golf Club that winds through the San Tan Mountains. Johnson Ranch Golf Club has a restaurant, driving range and all green fees include driving range access and carts with GPS. Discounted green fees and FREE use of driving range are included in the rental. Some units also have golf carts.
The home is within easy walking distance to the community center making it easy to enjoy all of the social activities and the amenities i.e. the state-of-the-art fitness center, billiard room, Boccie court, heated, adults only pool, Jacuzzi, beautiful library with a fireplace, high-speed Internet, and quiet! We live in the same adult community and felt we could easily manage a rental home as well as provide the perfect rental for our tenants with all of the amenities they would expect. We also manage several other rental homes in the same adult community. So, if this one is not available we may have others that are.

Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience here at Solara. We have recommended you to many people we met looking for a place next year. As you know, we won't be back next year but we will the following year. We will stay in touch relative to that and hope that this house will be available. You have been a very attentive landlord and we appreciate that very much.The golfcart was a wonderful addition. It has been fun and very convenient. Many other things were a plus, such as the golf membership, the lemon tree,the extra TV channels, the lovely backyard and the proximity to the clubhouse.

$1,000 deposit with reservation. Balance due 90 days before arrival. Check, Cash or Bank Draft. Canadian banks add $15 for bank fees and make payable in U S dollars
