This vacation property is resort-style living at its best. This is a new home with new furnishings including leather recliner and sofa with 2 recliners, and a very large, fully furnished kitchen. Drink your morning coffee from the private, lanai covered patio overlooking the 15th fairway of the Johnson Ranch Golf Course and a beautiful view of the San Tan mountains. Make lemonade from the lemons on your personal lemon tree and doze off to sounds of your backyard waterfall. Newly furnished in southwestern style, with a big screen TV. A large master bedroom with king-size bed, flat panel t.v. and a large walk-in closet with plenty of space. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Storage cabinets in garage. Water Softener and Reverse osmosis system.

The home is located in Solera at Johnson Ranch, a Del Webb active adult 55+ gated community offering resort-style living in a beautiful desert setting (owner is also a Solera resident and easily accessible). The views of the San Tan and the Superstition Mountains are spectacular! Solera surrounds the par 72 Johnson Ranch Golf Club that winds through the San Tan Mountains. Johnson Ranch Golf Club has a restaurant, driving range and all green fees include driving range access and carts with GPS.

The home is within easy walking distance to the community center making it easy to enjoy all of the social activities and the amenities i.e. the state-of-the-art fitness center, billiard room, Boccie court, heated, adults only pool, Jacuzzi, beautiful library with a fireplace, high-speed Internet, and quiet! Classes are offered in many areas i.e. drawing, painting, quilting, and more. Other activities include boccie ball, swimming, aquacise, dancing, and massages on site. You also have the use of tennis courts, 2 more kid friendly pools, Jacuzzi, and more within the Johnson Ranch community. Great meals can be had at the Johnson Ranch Golf Club. We live in the same adult community and felt we could easily manage a rental home as well as provide the perfect rental for our tenants with all of the amenities they would expect. We also manage several other rental homes in the same adult community. So, if this one is not available we may have others that are.

We had a very pleasant stay at one of Rick's properties.The home was very clean and well maintained.
He was very helpful in suggesting attractions in this area as we haven't stayed in this part of AZ before.
Lots of golf and great dining within a half hour drive. Would recomend any of Rick's properties.

This property is awesome. The house was perfect with beautiful views of a great golf course and the surrounding San Tan Mountains. It is a great place to stay and play. The community center is awesome for work outs, laying by the pool or multiple activities. I love staying here - I'm very active and it is great place to do all the things I love (golf, hike, bike, yoga and hang out by the hot tub!

Our stay at Solera, Del Webb was really nice! So relaxing, and the weather was beautiful. Rick was so helpful with everything. We would come and rent this property again. Loved it!!

Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience here at Solara. We have recommended you to many people we met looking for a place next year. As you know, we won't be back next year but we will the following year. We will stay in touch relative to that and hope that this house will be available. You have been a very attentive landlord and we appreciate that very much.The golfcart was a wonderful addition. It has been fun and very convenient. Many other things were a plus, such as the golf membership, the lemon tree,the extra TV channels, the lovely backyard and the proximity to the clubhouse.

We enjoyed this immaculate home, and it's beautiful back yard during the period October 1st - December 31st, 2009. The owner's description in VRBO is factual and very well communicated. The Solera community is very friendly with plenty of social activities and amenities to enjoy. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.
