Comfortable fully-equipped family vacation home. Recently renovated bath and kitchen, nice covered patio, spacious backyard with lots of tropical plants, totally fenced secure property, off-street parking. All rooms are freshly painted, well-maintained with new sheets and towels, floor fan for each room and ceiling fan in two rooms, clean, bright and cheerily decorated. Close to all the Aguadilla, Isabela and Rincon activities. Isabela is a 5 minute car ride and Rincon is a 35 minute ride away. House is located in Ramey Base, 2 minutes from Borinquen Airport (Jetblue, Spirit, Continental Airlines), 3 minutes from Borinquen Golf Course (Eisenhower golfed here!), brand new casino 3 blocks from the house, walk to Surfers Beach - approx 5 blocks, new Skatepark 3 blocks away, Close to many restaurants and beaches, with horseback riding, scuba, snorkeling, surfing and plenty of other fun stuff to do!

Welcome to our home: We bought this house in friendly Puerto Rico because we love the warm tropical weather that Puerto Rico has to offer, we lived here 15 years on the Island in fact our oldest son was born in a small town on the island. We returned so we could come here and escape the hustle bustle of work and relax with the warm tropical breezes and thought why not share this wonderful experience with others like us who need to get away for awhile so here it is and I am sure you will enjoy it as we do.

My husband & I stayed in this adorable home from 4/21-4/26, 2009. We were competing in a surf contest that was right around the block from the neighborhood (Surfer's Beach), which was really a great location with regards to getting around to other beaches (Jobos & Wilderness were our favorites) and attractions as well. We loved this home. It was very clean with nice amenities - having a washer & dryer with supplies was fabulous. We could easily live there, but at least hope to visit Aguadilla again and stay in the same home. The grounds were beautiful with flowers growing everywhere and a mango tree right in the back yard. The property manager runs a surf shop nearby, and he was of great assistance to us as well - picked us up from the airport, gave directions to other surf spots and to Amigo, the local grocery. The home owners are lucky to own a great home in a beautiful area! We definitely recommend this property!

I loved the layout of this place. The backyard had a nice covered porch with fruit trees and other tropicals, big kitchen, nice furnishings, plenty of room. The neighbors were very friendly and neighborhood very safe. Old Ramey Base. Close to many good surf spots. I (we) enjoyed the house very much. Property very well kept. Coffee and fruit when we arrived, nice after an overnight travel. Owners are great....no problems....we'll be back.
Thanks again to all who made our stay great!
