This vacation home has a modern, eat-in kitchen with sliders leading to an enclosed porch with a beautiful ocean view. Enjoy a large, beautifully landscaped, grassy yard with flowers galore. There is lawn furniture including a spacious table with an umbrella and six chairs, and two lounge chairs for reading, relaxing, sunning, or simply enjoying the gentle, warm ocean breezes. Additional amenities include high speed internet service an enclosed outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue grill for your summertime meals on the Cape! The large basement offers a washer and dryer for your convenience, and plenty of room for your bikes and other vacation gear. When you want to explore, you're only minutes away from the Cape's best beaches, a variety of great restaurants, golfing, tennis, shops, and the National Seashore Park. This is the sixth consecutive year that we have rented this perfect vacation home. There is nothing missing - internet access, washer & dryer, hammock in the back yard - and then some! We will definitely rent again next year! Thank you!

We have stayed here twice and absolutely love it! The house is well stocked and immaculate. There are three good sized bedrooms that have very comfortable beds. The washer and dryer are a nice convenience.The yard is absolutely beautiful. It's relaxing to go lay in the hammock and enjoy the beautiful sea breeze that seems to always be blowing even on the hottest days. The private beach is great and very close. You can go the beach anytime of the day and always find plenty of space. There is an abundant choice of restaurants and activities for the kids in the area. Claire and Fotis are attentive owners and very responsive to any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental.

The home and property are beautiful, well kept and all that is needed for a great vacation at the cape. The location is wonderful, a quick walk to the beach, which you can see from several rooms in the house. Will want to rent again next year. We biked and kayaked daily.

Thank you so very much for providing such a wonderful home to us for our vacation. Your home is decorated perfectly and we felt so at home the entire two weeks. You have included everything we could have needed from an entertainment system to a comfortable hammock in the yard. We can't wait to come back next year!
