A beautiful place in the Caribbean Mayan Riviera, Playa del Carmen, in PLAYACAR PHASE 1 Mexico! Villas Xaguar is a group of five Mediterranean-style villas surrounded by large trees and gardens. There is a swimming pool and a cenote with a deck in the middle of them. The villa is located ten minutes (walking) from the town and 45 meters away from the beach; walk to everything!!! The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces. The unit has 120 sqm. The town of Playa del Carmen is just a short ten-minute walk away. The beach is beautiful, safe, and only 100 feet away! There are many things to do near by, beside going to the beach. The town is beautiful with lots of restaurants and shops to visit, and there are very interesting Mayan ruins (like Tulum) close to Playa del Carmen. In town you can enjoy tennis, golfing, kayaking, biking, or windsurfing.
