Beautiful, bright and spacious apartment close to city center and parking for up to 5 people in the 1st Floor with 2 large bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

The building was constructed around the turn of the century, renovated, but has the original thick and high walls, which is a delightful combination of contemporary style of the home.

In the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and breakfast table.

The living room has a table for 6, flat-screen TV and a stereo. A bedroom with a double bed and the other with a double and single bed and a modern work desk.

In the bathroom, shower, bath and washing machine in the apartment, and found iron and ironing board.

WiFi internet is included in the price

The apartment is provided for a stay of at least 1 week. Up to 8 months, an ideal place for a short stay professional

The location of the apartment could not be better, it is near the metro and City Airport Train (CAT) - Station and a few steps from the city park and about 12-15 minutes walk from the Stephansplatz.

In the building opposite Beethoven composed his famous 9 Symphony!

One block away is the shopping street "road main street" with various activities, and the Rochus market with all kinds of specialties and fresh vegetables and fruit

The brand new shopping center "The Mall", located on the subway and CAT station road, main road, about 5 Gehminutrn, also offers a range of all kinds of shops, several restaurants, a railway ticket office and a small store at only 11 clock evening and closes on Sundays is open, which is not easy to find in Vienna.

30 meters away there is a fitness center and 5 min. Jogging reach the Prater, an ideal site for jogging and cycling.

This apartment is situated near the city center in 3rd district, close to the stadtpark and the u-bahn/cat. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you may need in the vacation. There're 2 bdr and a large living room with a dining table. We've spent our holidays with our small child and parent and hadn't any inconvenience. Alejandro (the owner) was very helpfull in all our questions. Only one minus there is moth in the apartment. I definitely would recommend this apartment to my friends!
