Our condo is on the ground level, and is located along the second fairway of Deer Run Golf Course -- with a most enjoyable view.
The Sun 'n Lake condo complex includes three buildings; each is two stories high. The heated swimming pool is located right behind the middle building, where our first floor condo is located. A beautiful view of the lake can be seen from the front door of the villa.
This villa is suitable for an extended family; one guest must be 55 or older. As our guest, you'll enjoy the comforts of home in a beautifully furnished villa unit which includes a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full-size, totally-equipped kitchen.
Amenities include central heat and air-conditioning, Comcast color television, a phone, linens, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Special features include a private terrace, a screened patio, and a semi-private swimming pool. Utilities are included, but paper and cleaning supplies are not.
Other villa accommodations are located throughout the tranquil Sebring residential community of Sun 'n Lake. Two-story condos and townhomes surround the golf course.
Our county boasts citrus groves, ranches, farmlands (it's the caladium capital of the world) -- and plenty of leisure time activities including golfing, tennis, shuffleboard, fishing, bowling, visiting historical museums, shopping, and fine dining.

This is a friendly '55 and over' complex. This two-bedroom villa is equipped to accommodate up to six adults. It's great for mini family reunions.
