This home is located in Tahoe Keys, which offers world-class amenities.

This upscale home is great for family vacations or entertaining. The downstairs entertainment room includes a beautifully finished hardwood wet bar with four bar stools, a refrigerator, and a hockey table. Special features include a jacuzzi on the lower deck which accommodates six, and wood-burning fireplaces upstairs and downstairs that are great for those cold winter evenings.

Just a few steps from the downstairs deck are two boat docks. The gourmet kitchen upstairs has all of the kitchen utensils that you will need. And you'll love the large gas barbecue on the upstairs deck. Additional amenities include towels and sheets.

A beautiful wildlife refuge is within walking distance from the house.

Tahoe Keys amenities include seven tennis courts, a basketball court, a putting green, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a sand volley ball court.

For a small fee you may use the following: the outdoor swimming pool (open during the summer) and the olympic-size indoor swimming pool (heated and open year-round). There is a large, outdoor hot tub, open year-round. There is a private beach, playground, and park.

To obtain a temporary pass for pool use; take your rental agreement (showing property address, renter names and length of stay) to the pool attendant and purchase your temporary passes. The cost is $7 per day per person. Children five (5) and under are admitted free with an adult pass holder. A seven (7) day pass may be purchased for $30.

• A temporary tennis pass may be purchased for $15 dollars per person per day. A seven (7) day pass may be purchased for $60.

• A temporary boat sticker may be purchased for $5. Bring your rental agreement (showing property address, renter names and length of stay) proof of insurance and current registration.

  • Special towels for hot tub are in downstairs bathroom cabinet behind door. Please do not take towels to beach. There is a laundry room downstairs with washer, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. We usually have laundry detergent and fabric softener available. We supply a reasonable amount of soap, toilet paper and paper towels. If you run out, you are responsible for replenishing your supply.

Lots of fun!

There were seven of us for three nights (wish it were more!) in August, and we had a great time! The weather was perfect and the home is in a fun location. Really enjoyed watching the Olympics on the jumbo TV in the LR. Deck was nice for drinking coffee and reading. Kitchen well stocked and bathrooms good as well. Decor is a little dated, but very comfortable and functional. I liked the fact that pets aren't allowed, as several of our family members have serious allergies. We would definitely return!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We had a very pleasant stay at this house. It was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 9. I don't think the pictures on the site does it much justice. The kitchen was supplied with nearly everything we needed to cook our meal. Everything was clean when we arrived. The facilities in this area also gives access to a very nice "private beach" that is only a few minutes drive. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is our 3rd time renting this home and we have already reserved it for next year. The location is excellent, the living space is perfect for a large group and it has all the necessities needed to make your stay comfortable. We had one small mishap during our stay and it was taken care of immediately. The entire family agrees, this is one of our favorite homes to stay in while vacationing.

Great location and Great home

My friends and I (4 couples and few kids) spent christmas holidays at this perfect home. This was close to Heavenly where our kids went skiing and it made easy for the morning drop off. The house is also close to grocery stores for a quick run. We got the house in a very clean condition and the owners were nice to let us checkin early as there was no guests the previous day. Cathy was very friendly in our conversations and made sure house was well stocked with all the supplies. If you plan on cooking, the house is well stocked with all the utensils. Game room was fun for the kids with foosball. Next time I stay in Tahoe, will try to go back here..)

Perfect Vacation Home

The house has a great set up with two of the bedrooms upstairs and the other two downstairs. Plenty of necessities provided and very clean and comfortable. Very prompt response when we found out the spa wasn't working, and I mean prompt (I hadn't even finished unpacking and my husband told me the maintenance provider had arrived and was working on it). Beautiful location with great views, especially on the upper deck where we had a marriage proposal in our party! The background was the perfect setting for it! The owner was very pleasant to work with and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend this home!
