This property was very well maintained, and the owners were easy to contact to discuss anything we encountered. For us, it was learning to use direct television, but owner was very helpful. Property was very clean, plenty of linens, cooking utensils, dishware, etc. Easy to find property from main street. The only thing that bothered all of us was how hot the upstairs became every afternoon. We shut all blinds, opened windows, etc., but it didn't seem to help much. Did cool down each night.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review, Grandma j. We try our best to give our guests everything promised. Unfortunately you were there during an unusual heat wave. One thing we can't control is the weather. Most homes in Tahoe do not have air conditioning because it is rarely needed. The four ceiling fans usually do the trick. We've owned and rented this home for eleven years. This is the first time that guests have encountered the heat problem that you describe.
