I was really impressed with how new this place was. Everything was perfect! The pool was beautiful and I was right in the heart of Miami. The owners were very easy to deal with and the transaction went smooth!

I rented the apartment last January and could be happier with my choice. The place is very comfortable and is equipped to fit every need for single and couple travelers. Kitchen appliances and everything was available to us. Owners are very friendly and very keen on servicing any needs or question tenets may have.

Building staff is very helpful to learn about whereabouts. market is roughly three blocks away. neighborhood is great, lots of nice restaurants and bars to check out. would definitely recommend to get a car being there's free parking available and can come in handy when wanting to go around. Public transportation was available although i cant say we used it. apartment has a very nice view as well as pool and spa area.

If you 're thinking about this place rest assured you ll be making a safe choice.
