You are here in the south, one of the oldest and most preferred residential areas of Cape Coral, the Yacht Club Area, near the Cape Coral Beach.

The Cocoa Key features comfortably accommodate 4 people, the screened, heated pool with jacuzzi and a covered lanai with outdoor kitchen you will love for sure. The pool has a soft start and integrated in the water pool stool. As a special bonus you will find a beautifully decorated outdoor kitchen, the large gas grill is designed to entice you a typical American barbecue.

In the evening, atmospheric lighting of the pool and palm trees for a romantic, tropical feel.

For the perfect 'Boaters Dream' is a 2-fold jetty Round Walk as berthing for both sailing, motor boats or jet skis are available. Just a few minutes, the open water - the islands and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

In and around the house, there is everything you need for a carefree holiday Sun A fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet via Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, in the bedroom, DVD and USB port, and a navigation system is available for the duration of your stay. However, if you miss something, our German property manager will be happy to help.

The garden we have populated with all sorts of flowering plants and fruit-making should be matured in the time of your stay fruits, so you can reap course, such as bananas, pineapples, mangoes, avocados, lemons, oranges ......
