Two over-sized hot water tanks, with recirculating hot water, also mean that you'll never run out of hot water - even if every bathroom is in use. Every bathroom has tiled floors and countertops. All bathrooms have two sinks except bathroom 7.

The house comes with 14 Recreation Passes that provide unlimited use of Sunriver's North & South swimming pools as well as the tennis courts. (The tennis courts do require reservations.)
