Apr - Dec -- Refund minus a $150 cancellation fee will occur if reservation canceled more than 60 days in advance, or if less than 60 days and the unit can still be rented out to another tenant. Otherwise, no refund will occur. Special consideration will be made for a death in the family or natural disaster.
