Clean and spacious...

The condo was clean and spacious. The furnishings were "average". The kitchen is only "fair". There were boxes and golf clubs piled in a corner beside a desk whick looked messy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to shopping and the beach but parking is difficult at best. Unfortunately they are under going major construction on the outside of the building during season which was very very noisy and intrusive. The primary outdoor sitting area was closed and there were workers around the pool area.
I rented the condo for my Mother, as a gift, and was told that the construction would be complete prior to her stay...it is far from complete. Apparently the condo is for sale. My Mother was disrupted for a showing and additioally, two people knocked on the door asking to see the condo.

Owner's Response: Sally, Thank you for your review. At the time of your booking the information we had was the building work was due for completion by end of January. As with many projects it has run over time and regrettably out of our control. I do understand your mother would have enjoyed the loggia area which was closed to guests. guests. Regarding the golf clubs. Yes we had left a set in the corner nook along with box of golf balls for use of any visitor to the unit. We will now move them to one of the closets as you are correct they create an untidy appearance. I regret your mother was disrupted for a viewing.
