    Cleaning fee of $145 will be applied for stay of less than 7 nights.
    For high Seasons and Holidays we will only take a 7 night minimum.

    Low Season: Minimum Stay: Prefer 7 nights, but fewer may be available but all within the same week. Please ask. us.
    State sales tax 7%, County tax 6% (13% altogether).
  • Deposit and Cancellation Policy.
    These rates at significant savings can be obtained by paying via Cashiers Check, Money Order, Money Transfer or Personal Check (at least 6 weeks prior to start of vacation).
    refunds on reservation deposits are:
    1. More than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% refund.
    2. 6-12 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund
    3. Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Sorry, no refund is available.

I have had the opportunity to visit several vacation spots and stayed in several vacation houses. This is one of the best! The house was emmaculate and was exactly as it was described on the internet. I could not have asked for a better stay. The owners were absolutely wonderful. My experience was an overall .....AWESOME experience from the beginning to the end. Just AWESOME!

Great vacation house

Each summer, we have four families that get together to go on vacation. This home was perfect for our last vacation in June 2009. Each couple had their own bedroom suite (bedroom with attached bath) for their own 'getaway' and the children shared rooms with cousins for an even better time. Every night, after our day's excursions, the kids swam and we relaxed for the night.

The home was easily accessible to DisneyWorld, a grocery store, and many restaurants. Everyone enjoyed themselves throughout the entire stay.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!

This is a great house!!!!!! We had a group of 16 from age 2-55. Upon our arrival everyone was so impressed with the decor and cleaniest of this home. Even with that number of people no one got each other's way!!!

The children LOVED the pool and game room!!!! We were so close to the parks we visited that we came back they always headed straight for the pool. Or some of the others would head to the clubhouse to use equipment, play tennis or go to the arcade. We were close to shopping places and restaurants.

The pictures on the site are very good but the home in person is much, much more awesome. The most pleasant surprise not on the internet is the large den upstairs.

The owner was very helpful and very quick with replies to any questions we had.

I have already recommended this property to others and would stay again at the property or others this owner may have.

i could not be happier with this house. from the pool to the jacuzzi to the plethora of rooms, you can't find a better place in a better area to come and vacation at in Orlando. minutes from Disney and Universal studios, as well as Gatorland, this house is a must for families looking to escape to the sunshine state.
i can't wait for my next trip to Florida to stay here again!

the property was very clean and had anything that you could imagine. Target was right down the road for filling the fridge and buying anything that you forgot.

I have rented many vacation homes for years. The discriptions are accurate. There are a few things missing . Bathmatts a tv in the upstairs living room. equipment to clean the grill . more than one trash bag and one roll of tolit paper. batteries in the tv remotes. A rug in front of the door coming in from the pool the floor is slipery someone will get hurt. Fixing these litle things would make me rebook for next year.

The grill cleaning equipments which were misplaced before are now in the right place. But there are already 8 TVs in the house so we do not see the need to buy another one and we may consider re-organize the TVs. A rug does not seem necessary but we will ask management company's opinion.
