Need of repair and cleaning

This property would have been a wonderful retreat, except the internet did not work for 4 days; many lights did not work; the pool lights flicked off and on, and the whole place was in dire need of a deep cleaning! Nothing had been cleaned in a very long time.
Owner's Response: Dear Future Tenants,
Regarding the response from Rhino and Rosie:
1. The Internet not working was true. The fact is that as soon as it was reported to our office the property manager arrived to check out the problem the same day. The solution was that the line for the cable modem needed to be replaced from the street to the home from the cable provider which was fixed within 48hrs.
2. Many Lights not working is not true. The breaker had been tripped and needed to be reset. The tenant was instructed that the spa light and one outlet were not operable but continued to try and use the light which caused the breaker to trip. The Tenant was really upset that we didn't have adequate light to play night volleyball which is true.
3. Cleaning. We accommodated the Tenant on an early arrival and check in to the property. They had complained to the management company that a toilet was not cleaned to their satisfaction. We again sent our cleaners over to the property to address what appeared to be nothing. You would think they would have addressed any cleaning issue while the cleaning staff were there instead of complaining after they had left.
The reality is that this type of tenant that rearranges your furniture and leaves it that way and complains about everything is one we would rather not rent to. We had even dispatched a A/C technician because they complained that the Viking refrigerator was not cooling properly. It turned out that someone turned the thermostat to warmer instead of colder when trying to adjust the temperature.
