The Villa is located in the Clear Creek estate, Clermont, FL, a quiet neighborhood of similar homes with mixture of private residents and holiday lets. It is 1 mile north of the intersection of Hwy 192 and US 27, and about 8 miles west of the Disney complex. It is also very conveniently located to Interstate 4 that leads either to Tampa or Orlando.

There is a Super Walmart, which opens 24x7, Winn Dixie Supermarket, Post Office, hairdressers, pizza shop (with home delivery) and many more just outside of the Villa residential complex.

Awesome weekend!

My friends and I came in for a triathlon and needed a place to stay that would have room for all of our equipment but not too far from the the event AND not expensive!!. This wonderfully supplied home was THE best. No issues what so ever! Stores and restaurants less than a mile AND a short drive to the lakes!! Lots of room AND bathrooms, pots, pans, towels, dinnerware! We will stay again next year! Thank you to the owners!!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean and spacious, the pictures truly represent the property, we had everything we needed, the owners follow through promptly with reservations and other information. We were there for 5 days to take the grandchildren to Disney attractions. Its 15 minutes to all major attractions, shopping and a dozen or more eateries a few minutes away on Hwy 27. Its a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe and secure. Would gladly stay there again.

This was truly a vacation home. Everything was so neat and clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great access to stores. The home was very relaxing. There was plenty of room. My family and I had a great time and we look foward to going back real soon.

Great Stay

We had a really great stay at the villa. We found the villa clean and quite spacious! The pool was a great relief for the kids and the convenience of a grocery store in close poximity proved favorable. The neighborhood was not the best of neighborhoods but the cleanliness, accomodations, and convenience of location far exceeded our expectations.
