Ski Trip at The Charter with little kids

We had a very good experience in this unit at The Charter last month. We drove in from Missouri with our small children ages 5-12. It was everyone's first experience with skiing. The Charter is well located, well staffed (the staff was excellent!), and we loved the design of the condo. At first we took the shuttle to the village and the ski lifts, then we realized it was an easy walk to the ski area. And there is so much to do in the village! No reason to go to Vail (as I thought before I arrived). The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and there were no emergency trips to the store! We were able to find snacks that first day (we were so tired from driving) it was very nice to have so many amenities provided by the owner (nice job!). The people there are so nice! One nice guy, without my asking, helped me carry my skis to the rental shop on the last day!!! There were many very friendly people, one of whom told us how great colorado is in the summer. Our next trip will be a July-August vacation at this unit!!!
