The building housing this condo is visually stunning. The maintainence is superior and the security is wonderful. Located by the Ala Wai canal, 1 block from the convention center and with bus stops in front of the building it as everything a person could want. The condo is located on the 7th floor, which is the first floor housing living units. The unit is well maintained and attractively furnished. We spent 3 months and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to shopping, the location is exceptional. We particularly enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods away from the beaches and the excellent local restaurants. We highly recommend this condo.
Owner's Response: We visit our condo four or five times a year, just so that we can enjoy it and keep it up to date.
