Exquisite Gem in Sedona

The common real estate mantra of "Location! Location! Location!" certainly proves true in the case of this exceptional property. Set in the heart of the truly incomparable beauty of Sedona's Oak Creek Canyon, discerning and savvy guests will quickly recognize that they have scored a jackpot with this property. Set behind a private-access gate is a beautifully renovated home with phenomenal views of canyon walls, tall, towering pines and private creekfront. The property is beautifully maintained and fully appointed. The photos included with the property listing are truly representative of what you can expect when you rent this property. The gourmet kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals- no need to pack anything from home other than a quick stop at a local market in Flagstaff for perishables before heading down the canyon. Bedrooms and baths likewise were fully equipped with linens and towels, so no need to pack anything from home. The property managers even thoughtfully provided some basic toiletries in the event that anything was forgotten at home. A high-efficiency washer and dryer off the kitchen and laundry supplies were a great addition. The property features an en-suite master bedroom where you will be delighted to wake to a sweeping view of the canyon. The 2nd bedroom in the house allows for maximum privacy by being located at the opposite end of the house. This 2nd bedroom features 2 double beds and has a private bath with Jack-and-Jill vanities, on either side exterior to the tub/shower and toilet, which worked great for our teens. A 3rd 1/2 bath/powder room is located off the kitchen with close access to the living room. The den in the home, located off the en-suite master bedroom, features a fold-out sofa that could benefit by the addition of an egg-crate cushion or feather bed for added comfort, but worked well for our 9 year-old. Other than meal prep and sleeping, however, guests will want to spend all their time outside on any of the three beautiful masonry deck/patios with views of the canyon and furnished with a nice selection of outdoor tables, chairs and chaise lounges. We came with plans to explore the area, (and this is a great jumping-off location for doing so with the Grand Canyon an easy daytrip away), but found we hardly wanted to leave the beauty and luxury of this location and our glasses of wine behind! We really can't recommend this phenomenal property highly enough!
