Hilton Head Island is a unique vacation experience. The Island has been developed with strict zoning and codes intended to protect this unique environmental setting.

Our condo is located on the best beach on the island at Port Royal Sound. Our guests have access to 10 miles of pristine beach and are just 200 yards from the water's edge. Guests have only a short five minute walk to the beach with with no wide, busy streets to cross. They simply walk down a residential lane amid beach cottages. We are located on the island's 32 mile bike trail and inexpensive, convenient bike rentals are only a phone call away.

Our rental home is meticulously maintained by an on-site manager. It has been remodeled in the past year to include all new appliances, large screen, LCD TV and premium cable service with DVR and expanded sports and movie tiers.

We offer a courtesy membership to an off site fitness club during your stay. The on site tennis and racquetball courts are complimentary during your stay. Our rentals are primarily by the week from April to October but we can rent for a minimum of three nights with our schedule permitting. Restaurants, movie theaters and miniature golf are less than one mile away with easy biking or walking access.

Nice, clean location with a short walk to beach. Centrally located on the island. Ideal for families as property has 2 pools, playground and tennis courts.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Owner's Response: Thank you Karen for your kind comments. We are glad that your family had a great vacation. The weather cooperated so it sounds like you did not need to make much use of our premium Time-Warner Cable service with the expanded sports package, or the TiVo, or wireless BLU Ray player. We have found that many guests use these extras during Spring, Fall , and Winter Seasons or when there is inclement weather.

We stayed at the villa for one week in July.
After the third day of staying we tried to prolong our stay at the villa, unfortunately it was too late everything was booked.
It is really great place to stay and enjoy being with family.
The unit was excellent, clean, quit, with new furniture and TV. The was no odor in the bathrooms.
We enjoyed coming back from the beach to the unit.
The way to the beach was not as long as we saw from a map.
Really great place for your family vacation!
