The home is located on a quiet dead-end lane, so there are no worries about traffic or crowds. Guests have free access to the heated, oceanside swimming pool at the Beachview Club, which is just a few minutes walk down the beach.

Beautifully furnished, this comfortable home has an open floor plan with Italian tile floors and plush area rugs. Pets are not allowed, and there is no smoking.

Each bedroom has its own bath and dressing room with large closet. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. One guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other guest room has two twins. There is also a comfortable sleeper sofa in the den.

Outside, the cottage has a private courtyard, covered parking, and plenty of room for cars. There's a nice grassy lawn for baseball, darts, or other lawn games.
