A private gated gulf-front family resort located between the world's most beautiful beaches and Lake Powell offers a climate that beckons year round. Our exceptional third floor two bedroom/two and one-half bath townhouse features a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, three cable TVs w/VCR/DVD, one queen bed, twin beds and one queen sleeper sofa, all linens, and two balconies overlooking the Gulf and Lake Powell. In addition, Pinnacle Port Resort provides 24-hour on-site security and a host of FREE amenities. Lounge on the beach, listen to sounds of waves, sip on refreshing beverages and munch on your favorite snacks. This is the perfect break from your hectic life.

Our family had a terrific time. The condo was nicely decorated and clean (even had an upstairs). The condos are well insulated so you don't have to listen to your neighbors. The pools are great except for the depth (4 ft to mostly 8.5 ft; not too good for toddlers). The condo is convenient to supermarkets. Owner was sweet and accomodating. As always, the beach is gorgeous on the Gulf. I would recommend this property.
