Fantastic Majorcan beach house right on the Mediterranean (Cala Morlanda, East Coast near Porto Cristo S'Sillot) with atypical section! You'll love the relaxed look of our guests upon departure says it all ...)

Sleeps 6 (7 with extra bed) people plus a baby (cot and highchair are provided) and two bathrooms. A bathroom is en suite to second bathroom is in the courtyard. The new bed (7th person) is convenient, but not really suitable for an adult guest.

Description Casa del Mar I:

You enter the beach house in the salon next to the large dining area with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and electric oven, coffee maker (filters), toaster, and a new large fridge-freezer plus new washer (Spültaps, salt, rinse aid) are made, as well utensils (crepe roll, washing up liquid, etc.) for the first requirement. Please check prior to your purchase, if we nichr available remedy.

 Through the dining room you reach the large courtyard at ground level (patio), with a brick barbecue and large shady and sunny open spaces.

Description of Location:

The house is located on the east coast of Majorca a good 15 minutes of Manacor (second largest town on the island) located at the small almost private cove'Cala Morlanda' (Casa del Mar I). Until the next larger town of Porto Cristo with all shops, bars and restaurants, is less than 5 minutes. Porto Cristo has a very good infrastructure: In addition to all amenities and 2 pharmacies 1x German-speaking, as well as a medical center and a private hospital.

The capital Palma with its PMI Airport is 60 km away.

More area:

Up to the touristy places'SA Coma','Cala Millor','Cala Bona' there are 5 -15 minutes. In Sa Coma (shortest path) you will find the very large supermarket'Eroski' with plenty of choice for your well-being, even with a small cafe plus Snak or'Menu del dia'.

In Cala Millor you will find a Lidl supermarket (max. 10 minutes), along with a new Mercadona supermarket.

Nearby and within walking distance:

In the small town S'Illot (5-7 minutes) you will find shops for small needs as well as bars and restaurants and a large, geschüzten by the position sandy beach (little waves) with shallow entry, very friendly !! The place S'Sillot is developed for tourism with all the conveniences and weekly market.

The'Casa del Mar I'stands quietly with open sea views on the outskirts of a small village ideal for families or individuals seeking rest and relaxation.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you're looking hotel facilities, animation, entertainment day and night will be completely safe disappointed by the Casa del Mar I!

The Cala Morlanda also called Cala Petita has also very suitable for a foot bike path on S'Illot to Cala Millor and thus also for cyclists.

The beach house also has a large courtyard with brick built BBQ non-accessible and ample seating. Garden furniture is kept outside and in the former large garage which is used as storage space directly accessible through the patio (patio, you will receive the keys).

The large palms and pine trees in the garden shade in the summer. Adjacent to and accessible is 60 sqm / 2 large sun terrace with dazzling views of the Mediterranean and the fascinating Bay, certainly with the biggest highlight of the Objectes alone outside only!

Spend a relaxing vacation in this beautiful Majorcan beach house with its turquoise Mediterranean Sea just outside the front door.

Rest and relaxation from day to simply disable times or to read the book that you've always wanted to read. Enjoy from sunrise to sunset the fantastic location and the color experience of'Casa del Mar I'.

Gute Wahl!

Hier sieht es tatsächlich so aus wie auf debn Bildern! Großzügiges Haus mit ebenso großzügigem Garten, in dem genug Sonne und Schatten sind. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch! Jeden Tag kommen Taucher in die Bucht. Ein grandioses Schnorchererlebnis direkt vor der Tür. Der Grill macht Spaß! Nette, freundliche Nachbaren, uriges Cafè um die Ecke und wer es doch etwas touristischer mag, braucht 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einer kleinen Strandpromenade (8 Minuten, wenn man den schöneren Küstenweg nimmt). Wir waren mit einem kleinen Kind da und mögen es nicht so touristisch, daher sind wir meist weiter gefahren, um schöne Strandbuchten zu finden, das war aber von dem Basispunkt auch kein Problem.

Wunderschöner Urlaub direkt am Meer

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft und der Lage: Direkt am Meer an einer kleinen Bucht, in der die Kinder zwei Wochen lang begeistert gebadet haben und geschnorchelt sind. Das Haus liegt sehr angenehm in einer ruhigen Siedlung in Gehdistanz zu S`Illot, nur durch einen ruhigen Fahrradweg/Strandpromenade vom Meer getrennt. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick, auf der man wunderbar essen, lesen, relaxen kann. Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, die Küche voll ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Insgesamt eines der schönsten Urlaubsdomizile, die wir bislang hatten. Sehr angenehm auch der Kontakt zu den sehr freundlichen und engagierten Verwaltern Aleksandra und Markus. Wir können die Unterkunft in allen Belangen nur empfehlen. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Zum Abschalten vom täglichem Stress eignet es sich wirklich prima, darum sind auch wir an jedem freien Wochenende dort um den Kopf frei zu bekommen.
