One Bedroom:
Pelicans Path is wonderful for families or friends traveling together but each desiring their own accommodations. Each unit accommodates two persons, or both floors of the house can be rented together to accommodate four persons -- with privacy offered to both. All rooms face directly onto the ocean with large glass sliding doors. They are attractively furnished with light Caribbean colors. The inside area of the one-bedroom consists of the bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. Amenities include white tile floor throughout, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a queen-size bed, a DVD, VCR, a 19-inch TV, books, beach chairs, and beach towels. There is a covered veranda is great for dining while enjoying the view of the ocean. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all utensils as well as a gas grill for cookouts. The unit's approximate footage is 576 plus the porch.
Studio:
Also available is a Studio on the second floor with a king bedroom, a small kitchen, a dining area, and a covered porch for enjoying the view and sunsets The unit has a private entrance and offers a small kitchen consisting of a refrigerator, sink, a stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all utensils. The bedroom is carpeted; the bath and kitchen are tiled. Amenities include a king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a TV, DVD, VCR, books, beach chairs and beach towels. The approximate square footage is 312, plus the porch. Stairway and ocean deck allow you direct, private access to the ocean for snorkeling or just relaxing in the ocean. Snorkel equipment is provided with your rental of either or both units, just provide your shoe size with your reservation!
Property Details:
The property consists of two buildings and the swimming pool. The owners reside in the second building. Property amenities include cable TV, movies, pool loungers, snorkel equipment (please advise shoe size), a cooler for trips to the beach or around the island, safes for valuables, and a telephone for local and 800 calls.
Taxis are available, however we recommend a car to fully enjoy our beautiful island!! Pelicans Path is about five miles from the airport, and four miles from the main town of Charlotte Amalie. We are less than 1/2 mile from Hull Beach where you can snorkel, kayak, or arrange a night snorkel adventure. There is also a bar and restaurant at Hull Beach. Information will be provided for shopping, driving instructions to stores and attractions. We can also assist you with tours, car rentals, taxis, dinner reservations, or any outing you may like. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. No children under the age of 10, please, and no pets of any kind.
Golf:
We are located about 15 minutes by car from Mahogany Run Golf Course, one of the top courses in the Caribbean. Open to the public.
