We invite you to enjoy our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, spacious condo with a nice view of the ocean. Located on the 2nd floor of the Renaissance Tower in the resort. With easy access by elevator or stairwell, never a wait to get to your condo. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for six. Both kitchen and dining area have sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. You can enjoy a relaxing meal in or if you choose, visit our many fine restaurants. There is cable tv and DVD/VCR in all rooms so never a problem with who want to watch what. We also offer free high speed Internet access so you can keep up with your email. Within your building there is a fitness center, wirlpool, two indoor pools on the premises.game room, deli and confectionery store. A large laundry facility is located on the first floor. There are many activities and amenities which are all a part of your stay . Please read below for details.

Notes: This is a 33 acre resort directly on the ocean with access to many activities - tennis , basketball . Bocce ball, volleyball courts, play area for little children, picnic area and a golf putting green . Also, there is an absolutely great water park/lazy river. a cabana bar with entertainment nightly. 6 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated indoor for off season comfort. There are three hot tubs and a fitness center that has showers and a sauna. There are game rooms and activity center for children. Guests have access to all public facilities on the property. This is a gated community with 24 hour security. Off the property you will find many golf courses from par 3 to executive, shopping at Broadway at the Beach, Tangier outlets, Grand Coastal Mall , our new Market Commons, and many antique stores. Minor league baseball, deep sea fishing and fishing from the many ocean piers are also enjoyed. Year round fun for all ages.
