This immaculate, spacious townhouse sits nestled between pristine Moose Pond and the Shawnee Peak Ski Area on Pleasant Mountain. Depending on the time of year, you can be swimming, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, or shopping in less than 30 minutes from the time you leave your door. Private access to Moose Pond (actually a 13 mile long lake) with private swimming dock and raft is less than 10 minutes by foot. You'll have ski-in/ski-out access to the east lift of Shawnee Peak ski area in the winter and immediate access to hiking and biking on the mountain the rest of the year. This three level townhouse is comfortably furnished and features such amenities as a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and deck with tranquil views (lovely during fall foliage) and gas barbeque. Besides lake and ski access, nearby activities include; hiking, antique shopping and kayaking & rafting on the Saco River. Convenient to North Conway, White Mountains and Fryeburg.

Western Maine is home to beautiful mountains and lakes. The mountains offer numerous great ski resorts during the winter - most famously, Sunday River, but also Shawnee Peak right beside our townhouse and many others in Western Maine and nearby North Conway, NH. They also offer spectacular hiking ranging from gentle walks of a mile or two to the challenges of the Presidential Range, including Mt. Washington. The lakes offer activities ranging from boating and swimming in summer to ice fishing in winter. Bridgton is a destination town for the area with excellent shopping and antiquing. Nearby Fryeburg hosts a classic agricultural fair in late September-early October that also includes lumberjack contests on Woodsmen's Day and horse racing.
