The kitchen with its great sea view window has 4-burner gas stove, microwave and fridge freezer.
The bathroom has shower, toilet and bidet.
"Outdoor living" you can located on the right next to the sandy beach and partly covered terrace of your holiday home. This is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.

The nearest shops and restaurants are about 3.5 km away in Marina di Marza or about 6 km away Pachino.
During your stay at Villa Sabbia you immerse yourself in a pristine environment. The Riserva Oasi di Vendicari adjacent to the community Pachino. Dunes, lagoons and forests offer rare plant and animal species a home. With a little luck you watch cranes, pelicans, flamingos, tortoises and a hike to the applied paths.
