We warmly welcome you to our holiday home. Here, where the sky is blue, you can relax and enjoy your vacation in the one of the most pleasant beach town's on Florida's east coast. Here in New Smyrna Beach there is plenty of summer sun, expansive sandy beaches, surfing, water sports - and so much more. We are pleased to invite you into our home. Look around our page and introduce yourself. You could spend your next vacation in our sunny paradise! If you have questions, do not hesitate to get in touch with us. New Smyrna Beach is a charming small town that has a lot to offer. It is the perfect place for a family friendly vacation - with or without children! The local cuisine is always fresh fish, you can enjoy our expansive, beautiful beaches by car or bike, take bike rides to the beach from the rental, or just lazily sunbathe and enjoy all the relaxation your vacation has to offer. Located near the National Park Canaveral, New Smyrna Beach is an ideal starting point for tours of the area, such as the Kennedy Space Center, Disney World and other Orlando attractions, and much more!

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms. One is designed as a master bedroom and has its own bathroom. The second bedroom is intended to be a children's room and has two single beds. These could, however, easily be placed together if two couples would like to share the apartment. Let us know and everything will be taken care of in advance.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a dishwasher and a microwave. The main bathroom has includes the jewel of the apartment: an antique claw tub as old as the house In addition there is a separate shower, both as a washer and dryer.

Outside in the garden there is a barbecue grill, which is especially for the use of our guests. You may also like to enjoy our garden. There are also bicycles and some toys available for tenant use. We only ask you that you remove nothing from the garden, without the prior consent of the owner.

New Smyrna Beach is an ideal place to go swimming, enjoy a beach vacation and simply relax. We are far enough away from the Orlando attractions to enjoy the tranquility of our beautiful town, but close enough that our guests can easily visit them as daytrips. One can also use our city as a 'home base' to visit many lesser known sites to Florida during the day and in the evening enjoy the comfort your own home. We are happy to help! This is an excellent vacation property with very comfortable, clean, and relaxing accommodations in a most pleasant surrounding. The owners were very knowledgeable of the area's features and amenities, always willing to help with directions and advice, and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was the best we could have.

We would not hesitate to recommend this property to our family and friends.
