You will love everything about this modern, open-space, 4,000 square-foot executive pool home. Special features include vaulted ceilings, in-ground swimming pool, hot tub, an outdoor glass-block shower, a billiards room with wet bar, and a stereo system with speakers throughout the whole house. There is a jacuzzi and a fireplace in the master bedroom, along with a walk out sun/observation deck. There is another fireplace in the formal living room. You'll also enjoy the private two-car garage with auto opener, dual-zone air conditioning, and the half block walk to the traffic free part of Daytona Beach. This very private home has a fantastic sun/observation deck. It's just a short walk down the block to the beach.Maximum occupancy for this home is ten people (12 upon approval of owner)-- including children one year and older -- occupying the home on a overnight basis. We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very accomodating and easy to work with. The location was good -- pretty easy walk to the beach and at least 1 restaurant/bar (beachside) within walking distance. About a mile and a half from a good marina, with charter boats, restaurant, etc. About 10 minute drive to the Daytona Strip and 20 minutes to airport. Very spacious house, with a great billiards room. Master bedroom was really big & nice. The pool is small, but was fine for us. The only negative was that interior (carpets, paint) was past its prime, but overall the place was very good.
Owner's Response: We are very happy to have had you stay at our home.Unfortunetly we had rain damage from the storms and are waitng for the insurance comapny to settle our claim.We are putting a brand new roof ,painting the whole house and new carpets through out.We loook forward to having you back next year.\

11/11/08 .We now have installed all new carpet throughout the house.We also painted the compltet interior of the home.A new roof was also installed.The house is only 17 years young and now .
