Scuba diving is excellent at the condo.

A basic condo with basic furniture and TV, nice new floors throughout and new bathroom. 2nd floor with a fair ocean view from both lanais. This complex is on the ocean with nice BBQs, lounges, and tables overlooking the rockey coast adjacent to the pool and a ping-pong table in the covered kitchen- seating area next to it. Needs new blinds in the bedroom but everything else works good. If you need TV, there's only one in the living room and it's small and outdated. Kitchen cabinets are due for updating as well. Stocked with beach towels and chairs, snorkel gear, tennis equipment etc. Condo has a small exercise room with a view and a weight room. Tennis court above covered parking, a gated area to lock up rental bikes, great landscaping with lots of flowers shrubs and trees, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Wireless Internet.
Scuba diving is excellent right off the patio by the pool, small 25' cove easy for an experienced shore diver to enter-exit, huge swim thru arch about 30' out and caves-lava tubes with skylights about a 100 yards south. Good coral and fish too. Would also be good for snorkeling. There is not a sandy beach but public beaches are close by.
