The Room 5 apartments are situated in the old town of Salzburg: Only 600m from the Festspielhaus and Getreidegasse - ie directly in the Festival District 'Riedenburg' - live our guests at the heart of the city, yet situated next to a small river at the foot of the monk mountain.

All apartments enjoy your eye with a modern look, designed by interior designer. For linear facilities include, for example, oak-plank hardwood floors and stylish bathrooms!

Almost all of our apartments offer you the opportunity to cook in a small kitchen with two-field cooker. Amenities include dishwasher, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee capsules including appetite and a kettle with tea bags, dishes and cooking utensils.

 

Bed linen and towels are also provided. All apartments feature cable TV, free Wi-Fi and access to the swimming pool in the garden.
