This house valued at well over a million includes, a formal living room, formal dining room, a large chef's dream kitchen, great room, 2nd floor loft with south facing deck and three large bedrooms and three beautiful luxury baths. The large loft and great rooms can accommodate additional beds if required. Enjoy the outdoors sitting on one of the two front porches, or sipping a glass of wine on the beautiful stone patio off the kitchen. Go for a short stroll and take advantage of the activities on the beach, the boardwalk, the shops and the outdoor patios of the restaurants and bars. On warm summer nights, open the skylights and look out at the starry night. On cool nights enjoy the three fireplaces and the luxury of warm heated floors. The granite driveway can accommodate two vehicles. The Beach enjoys a high profile in Toronto’s Real Estate market.

There is a wonderful small town atmosphere that surfaces on warm days, cool nights and during events like the Beaches International Jazz Festival or the Beaches Lion’s Easter Parade. Please, we cannot allow smoking anywhere within the house. Check in 4pm and check out by 11am.
