Had a good 7 days at this apartment. Very close to the boardwalk but still very quiet no matter what time of the day or night. Bill & Rhoda very helpful and accommodating to all our requests,a nice couple.You really need a parking spot if you have a car, this proved a pain in the backside having to move it at certain times of the day/night.The apartment is perfect for a couple looking to stay close to the action. Try the Thai at Washington great food.Will stay again next time in LA!!

we found the apartment spacious, clean and in the most perfect of locations. This was our first visit to the states and this location near venice boardwalk has most certainly won our hearts . we will definatly be recommending the apartments to family and friends. We will definatly be back in the near future.

Thanks to Rhoda and Bill for the service we recieved, they where most friendly and very helpful.

I had the most wonderful stay at this place, and it couldn't be any closer to the beach and parade.
I received fantastic service from the owners, the place was light, airy and clean, and no noise.
Lots of great restaurants and cafe's, - a bit hard to find a grosserie store - but they are there. Everything you need is in this flat, incl. beach items.

A gem in venice beach!

This place is a perfect hotel alternative for visitors to venice who prefer a cozy atmosphere instead of an impersonal hotel room. The apartment is well maintained, tastefully furnished, quiet and only a few minutes walk to the beach and amenities of venice and santa monica. As a solo female traveller, I also felt very safe. Although I never saw the hosts for more than a few minutes, they were most courteous and left maps and visitor information in the apartment for me. Furnishings were very comfortable -- the bedding was divine! I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Venice.
