4 miles of oceanfront paths and private beaches, a main beach that is safe and protected from surf year round, free tennis, gated parking, 5 pools & BBQ areas, and manicured grounds, are some of the features that make these fully equipped and very affordable rentals well worth the pleasant, safe, one block walk to the beach! The Resort has been upgraded to excellent shape and access to beaches, trails, dining, music and activities are only minutes away. There are not many grounds like this park-like setting left in Hawaii. If you want a great base camp near the picturesque North Shore without all of the noise and traffic of Waikiki, look no further!

Notes: Condo is fully equipped with cooking utensils, linens etc and has various sports and beach items that come and go as guests buy instead of rent them, then leave them for the next guests. AC means room air conditioners only as no central air exists or is needed at Turtle Bay. Great tennis courts are free to condo guests as well as the pools & BBQ areas and secure, assigned gated parking. You would be paying way more for a hotel room + extra for your tennis and parking! And still not have a kitchen or washer/dryer. Kind of makes this a no brainer choice unless you need hotel pampering and are not educated to the unique aspects of this owner type lodging option.

You need airconditioning up stairs and fix the broken screen in living room. Very clean with excellent kitchen and accessories. Bed in master some what hard to my taste. Property is in excellent area. The condo is about 1/2 mile from beach.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We offer ten condos at Turtle Bay and they all get the attention they need based on observations between cleanings and customer comments. Compared to higher priced offerings from others there, ours get few complaints & many repeat clients. The beach is one block away by car or walking, not a half mile.

great vacation location

We have family on the island and we have been to Oahu at least 6 to 10 times. We like being away from the commercial wakiki and honolulu area. This is the place to relax enjoy the beaches, haleiwa ( small ocean side town) and watch for whales and the 20ft waves in feb. This is the first time we were here during the tsumani....and the owners called to inform us what was going to happen and if we needed any help. Turtle bay has a nice beach a couple of blocks away, walking paths everywhere, two golf courses, tennis courts, a pool across the street, horse back riding. I did not find a rice maker in the kitchen, but the rest of the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic stay, the location worked very well for us.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
