Spacious cottage in very beautiful surroundings, very close to the coast of Blekinge with its wonderful beaches. The house is in a cul de sac, in a quiet area between Norje and Pukavik. Only about 180 meters of the beach, with its Norje Havsbad shallow, sandy shore. There is also a jetty from which you can enjoy the wonderful view, or jump into the water. Inside, the house was largely renovated and stylishly refurbished with furniture and beds are reminiscent of the comforts of a hotel. In the spacious kitchen you will find a modern equipment and sufficient space for the whole family. Practical aids such as washing machine. / Dryer were put in the laundry.   • Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday and at least 1 week (7 days or 14 days and so on).

    5% discount on the total rent for a minimum stay 3 weeks. 10% off 4 weeks.

    About your arrival time we can agree about 2 weeks before your arrival.
    Since we rent 4 different houses, the arrival times are flexible.

    The remaining rental amount, please transfer at least 6 weeks prior to arrival at the cottage.
    For bookings of the 55th day before the date of arrival, the entire rental immediately be transferred.
  • A deposit of 2000 SEK / 250 Euro must be deposited by the tenant on arrival at the cottage. The deposit will be refunded after acceptance of the property by the landlord on departure back.
    Current: 2.5 SKR / € 0.30 per kWh.

    PROBLEMS WE COME IN CIRCA 1 TO 2 HOURS TO YOUR HOUSE.

    THE OWNER IS ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE LOCAL if the departure is not very early in the morning or at night takes place. In this case, the deposit is later reimbursed by bank transfer back.   • Force majeure

The owner is always on site upon arrival and departure. No shoes allowed in the house, please contact slippers. A cleaning can not be booked. The house is freshly cleaned upon arrival, so it is also important that it is thoroughly cleaned before leaving again. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Just remember to bring their own bedding, towels and slippers. Cushions and corners are present. Cleaning equipment and cleaning agents are present. Water is included in the rent. Using the rowing boat is included in the rent. The fish in the Baltic Sea is free (Tredenborg, Sillnäs och Norje) The house has been in Norje generations of family ownership and is therefore very important to the family. Please therefore treat the house and its surroundings carefully.
