The Margerum House is located in centrally located upscale Del Cerro with quick access to Hwy 8. This home has beautiful canyon views toward mission valley. Get to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, the beaches, Balboa Park, or San Diego's downtown night life in 15 to 20 minutes. Or, miss most of the downtown traffic and make a quick getaway on Hwy 8 to the the Casinos 30 miles East on Hwy 8. When you need to rest simply enjoy sunset views from the back deck while having a glass of wine or eating your evening meal as the birds fly by at eye level.
