This new, luxurious, three-bedroom/two-bath, waterfront home on the Gulf of Mexico was completed in November 2000. Special features include a spacious, open floor-plan with vaulted ceilings and exquisite ceramic tile, a beautiful white kitchen with a breakfast nook with brand new (2007) stainless steel appliances, and split bedroom design. There are tropical views from every room. The home is completely furnished and fully equipped. Special features include a heated in-ground swimming pool, and a unique, glass, waterfall jacuzzi enclosed in a screened lanai. Beautiful, white sand, crescent Tigertail Beach is just two minutes away. And the home is within walking distance of gourmet restaurants and shopping areas. Watch for a manatee or dolphins swimming in our lagoon. Catch a fish from our dock. Enjoy our 50-inch big-screen TV and we have wireless broadband Internet.

We have an outdoor cleaning table so you can eat it for dinner! Parasailing, waverunner tours and water toy rentals can be found on Marco’s pristine white sand beaches. Tigertail Beach is just two minutes away and offers volleyball nets, play area, showers, restrooms and a concession stand. Resident’s Beach – South is a great place to go shelling and watch for dolphins. A new public beach access point is located on Collier next to Madeira Condos.

Golf:: Golf within minutes of Marco: Hone your skills at the Coral Isle Golf Center featuring a chipping green, sand trap, putting green, private lessons & clinics. Enjoy two public championship golf courses, the Mustang and Flamingo Courses, at Lely Resort. Eagle Lakes, The Links of Naples, The Rookery at Marco, Hibiscus, Riviera and Cedar Hammock are some of our other favorites.

Venture out for a hike at Rookery Bay Reserve to see native trees and ecosystems or go snorkeling & shelling on the beach. Everglades City is only 30 minutes away for Eco Adventures, Jet Airboat rides and the Museum of the Everglades. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation home rental during our visit to Marco Island in June. If we weren't at the beach, we were in the pool soaking up all the sun rays!
We will definitely keep this vacation home in mind for next years vacation plans... but definitely need 2 weeks instead of 1.

We had a great week on Marco Island. The home is fantastic with a great location on the lagoon. Very well furnished and excellent pool. No issues and the home is highly recommended.

After an exhausting but fun 2 days catching up with Mickey and his Mates, this is the perfect antidote.
Day one was a walk to the very tip of Tigertail (just to prove we could still walk after Disney!).
The whole holiday was then great - the weather settled down, we saw a dolphin in the waterway and the owls next door were fascinating!
Doug's house is so welcoming and has everything for a family holiday.

We got more than we ever dreamed possible when we rented this house for a week of rest and relaxation. We wanted for nothing. Everything we possibly could have needed was available with the property. It was impeccably clean inside, as well as the pool and hot tub area outside. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the location was perfect with plenty of things to do in the area. The owners were very helpful and easy to do business with. We are already booked to return next year.!

we arrived at the villa at the Villa and can only describe it as being Amazing everything about it was great, it was so clean, spacious and even better than the pictures on the web.It has everything you need for a fantastic relaxing holiday.Just what was needed after a week in Orlando.
It is close to the lovely Sandy beaches we preferred South beach ti Tigertail but still lovely.You only had a two minute drive to the beaches, supermarket or lovely restaurants.
The villa had a lovely pool and hot tub and backed on to a waterway where my Nephew Jake caught fish and we were lucky to see a dolphin by the jetty.I week isn't long enough er did not want to come home, you will love it.Would love to go back and I am sure we will - Enjoy it yes you will!
The owner Doug was very helpful too what a lucky guy to own this beautiful villa.
